Control and automation system decisive for the total function

Cleaning and energy recovery systems work together and may become an integral part of the processes and factories, where they are installed. Not least important is to continuously meet the standards set by the authorities regarding emissions to water and air and to give alarm for possible malfunctions.

Intervening at all levels

On the component level it is the mission of the control and automation system to maintain required and safe function of individual plant sections and to raise alarm for possible faults.

On the system level the mission is to automatically adapt the cleaning and recovery plant operation to the requirement of the process and the factory totally. The set cleaning requirements should be fulfilled at the lowest possible cost of operation.

At the same time the largest possible amount of heat should be recovered and returned to the process and the emission control system or, when applicable to external receivers.

Automatic operation a demand

An economical demand on the cleaning and recovery plant is that start, stop and normal operation is carried out totally automatically, without interference from the operator.

The design and programming of the control and the automation system for this reason requires a deep understanding of the specific conditions for the processes and the factory. Based on our extensive and long term experience of installations for cleaning and recovery systems within widely diverse branches in both Sweden and abroad, we produce customised control and automation systems containing sometimes several hundred digital and analogue I/O signals with perceptible / user friendly operator system.
