Optimised system solutions

Flue gas condensation is an integral part of the heat production plant, both on the flue gas and heat side. An optimal system solution therefore must consider the specific local requirements in both these respects.

System solutions, important to both investment and operation costs refers to parameters such as. design with or without humidification, location of flue gas fan (before or after condenser) and the best solution in respect of damper arrangement, bypass ducts and stack connections.

Control and automation system based on experience

If the condenser is built to complement an existing boiler, it is generally more practical to deliver the condenser system with it's own PLC, which communicates with the supervisory computer for the boiler plant.

For a new boiler plant the condenser control is integrated with the overall computerised control.
