Liquid film protects collector surface

The electrostatic precipitator RECO- LECTOR W is constructed from liquid cooled vertical tubes through which the polluted gas passes. The tubes inside function as collector surfaces with centrally located corona electrodes.

If the gas contains moisture, this will condense on the cooled tube walls which are moisturised and thereby protected from sticky pollutants. If the moisture content in the gas is too low then an additional humidification is processed before the gas enters the electrostatic precipitator.

Full Serviceability

The filter RECO LECTOR W is designed so that all parts are easily accessible for service. Through a service panel on the filter top all collector tubes can be inspected and accessible for flushing with a high-pressure pump unit or through installed flushing nozzles.

In the lower part of the filter a pre-collector is located which relieves the filter from larger particles.

Cleans hot gases efficiently

Through the inherent effective gas cooling, both at the inlet and on the inside of the collector tubes, gases with inlet temperatures of up to 300°C can be cleaned with high efficiency achieved, even when pollutants are difficult to condense.
