High efficiency Flue gases and hot process exhaust gases that contain pollutants such as dust, oils, VOC or other chemical substances, will be efficiently cleaned and at the same time be used for heat recovery. Due to the automatic cleaning of the condenser tubes an average energy recovery level of up to 85% can be achieved.

Cleaning without operation stoppage The unique cleaning method for RECO-EX-A is based on the mechanical cleaning of the tube surfaces by means of suspended washers. Flushing with steam or liquid through the movable-cleaning frame can enhance the cleaning. By continuously removing waste and condensed substances from the tubes during operation a high heat and cleaning efficiency is achieved.
